These terms apply to purchases made from this store. Buying here means agreeing to them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

2. The work

Every ceramic piece in this store is one of one. The crystals in the glaze grow during the firing and never repeat — the piece photographed is the exact piece you receive. Minor variations between the photograph and the object in hand (light, screen colour) are in the nature of handmade crystalline ceramics and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency. The price you see at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every piece is packed in double-wall corrugated board and insured for transit. Dispatch normally happens within 5 business days of the order; delivery time depends on the destination. Once an order ships, you receive the tracking details by email. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email preissarnis@gmail.com within those 14 days, then return the piece within 14 days of your notice. The piece must come back in the condition it arrived — pack it as it was packed for you. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. The refund, including the original standard shipping cost, is issued within 14 days of the returned piece arriving back intact. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Honey is a foodstuff: once a jar's seal is broken, it cannot be returned.

6. Damage in transit

If a piece arrives broken, photograph the box and the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Because each piece is one of one, a replacement is impossible — you receive a full refund, including shipping. The insurance claim is our problem, not yours.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under EU and Latvian consumer protection law. Beyond what the law requires, liability is limited to the price paid for the order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their own country of residence, and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
