Refund Policy

Returns — 14 days

Under EU consumer law you may return a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How: email preissarnis@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, saying you wish to return the piece. Then send it back within 14 days of that notice.

Condition: the piece must arrive back as it left — intact, packed as it was packed for you. Keep the original double-wall packaging; it exists for exactly this.

Cost: return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend tracked and insured shipping — the piece is your responsibility until it arrives back.

Refund: issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned piece arriving intact, including the original standard shipping cost.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives broken: photograph the box and the damage and email preissarnis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Each piece is one of one, so a replacement is impossible — you receive a full refund, including shipping. The transit insurance claim is handled on our side.

Honey

Honey is a foodstuff. A jar can be returned within 14 days only if the seal is unbroken. Once opened, it cannot be returned — EU hygiene rules, not ours.

What cannot be refunded

Studio visits already taken, and pieces damaged after delivery through use or accident.
