This store collects only what is needed to sell you a piece and get it to your door. Nothing more.

What is collected

Orders: name, address, email, phone — to fulfil and ship your order and meet accounting law.
Contact and booking forms: what you write, and your contact details — to reply.
Newsletter: your email address — only if you subscribe.

Who processes it

The store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site and processes orders on our behalf. Payments are handled by the payment providers shown at checkout — card details never reach us. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver the parcel. No data is sold or shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as the conversation is relevant.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may ask at any time what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw newsletter consent. One email is enough: preissarnis@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies Shopify needs to run a store — cart, checkout, basic analytics. Nothing beyond that.
