A hand-thrown bowl built around an ink-black centre, framed by a vivid cobalt rim alive with crystalline pools. The contrast is strong and graphic, while the glaze remains fluid and natural.
Made by Arnis Preiss in Zelmeņi, Latvia, and high-fired to 1280°C. The crystalline glaze develops during a long, carefully controlled cooling cycle, so its markings cannot be repeated.
