A hand-thrown mug in soft ivory and pearl white, animated by delicate crystalline formations that emerge through the glaze like frost on glass. Warm clay at the rim keeps the pale surface from feeling cold.
Made by Arnis Preiss in Zelmeņi, Latvia, and high-fired to 1280°C. The crystalline glaze develops during a long, carefully controlled cooling cycle, so its markings cannot be repeated.
